Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Account" means the registered member account created by a User on the mt996 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and any bonus credit where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive granted by mt996 to a User under the conditions of a specific promotion.
• "Company" means mt996, the operator of the gaming platform accessible at mt996.vip.
• "Device" means any desktop computer, laptop, mobile phone, or tablet used to access the mt996 platform.
• "Game" means any sports betting market, live casino table, slot title, crash game, Andar Bahar session, or other wagering activity made available on the mt996 platform.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia and the sole transactional currency on the mt996 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that mt996 is required to conduct before processing withdrawal requests.
• "Platform" means the website at mt996.vip and all associated pages, services, APIs, and mobile-browser interfaces operated by mt996.
• "User" means any individual who accesses, browses, or holds an Account on the mt996 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible Games before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all transaction timestamps, promotional deadlines, and customer service hours on the mt996 platform unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility

Use of the mt996 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their Account remains active:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. mt996 does not permit use of its platform by anyone under 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any particular jurisdiction.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing mt996 is lawful in your location before registering.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or close family member of an employee of mt996 or any of its affiliated service providers, game studios, or payment processors, unless prior written consent has been obtained from mt996 management.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended, closed, or banned by mt996 for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

Account Registration

To participate in any wagering activity on mt996, you must first register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

• One Account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one mt996 Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide true, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. mt996 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Notification of breach: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify mt996 support immediately via the contact details in Clause 15 of these Terms.
• Account currency: All mt996 Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No multi-currency option is available at this time.

mt996 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its absolute discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.

Identity Verification (KYC)

mt996 is required to verify the identity of all members prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be triggered by unusual account activity, large single transactions, or at mt996's discretion at any time during the account lifecycle.

Standard KYC documents requested by mt996 may include, but are not limited to:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo identity document (Indonesian KTP, SIM, or passport).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence addressed to you at your registered address in Indonesia).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or e-wallet account showing your name and account number).
• A selfie or live photo holding your identity document, if requested.

mt996 undertakes to process all submitted KYC documents within two (2) business days. During any open KYC review, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. Deposit and wagering activity may continue during this period. Failure to provide adequate KYC documentation within thirty (30) days of a request may result in account suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits. mt996 accepts deposits in IDR via the following local payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. mt996 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which mt996 accepts no responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. mt996 targets a processing time of under three (3) minutes for verified accounts; however, processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

5.3 Withdrawal conditions. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification as described in Clause 4.
• Any active Bonus Wagering Requirements attached to your current Balance must be satisfied in full.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money Balance in your Account.
• No active fraud investigation, chargeback dispute, or compliance review may be pending on your Account.

5.4 Declined transactions. mt996 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects is connected to money laundering, fraud, use of a payment method not belonging to the Account holder, or any other prohibited activity under these Terms.

5.5 Dormant accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. mt996 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance. Users will be notified by email prior to the application of any such fee.

Bonuses & Promotions

mt996 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing members, including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this clause, as well as any specific conditions communicated at the time of each promotion.

6.1 General bonus conditions.

• All bonuses have a Wagering Requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, the standard Wagering Requirement is 20x the bonus amount on eligible games.
• Bonuses are credited to your Account in a separate bonus wallet and are not available for withdrawal until the Wagering Requirement is met.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Account, per household IP address, and per payment method.
• mt996 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-variance wagers to clear Wagering Requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting errors in bonus configuration.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the promotional period specified. Unless otherwise stated, the default bonus expiry period is thirty (30) days from the date of credit.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events — such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) — are subject to their own specific terms communicated at the time of each campaign.

6.2 VIP Programme. mt996 operates a tiered VIP loyalty programme comprising Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond tiers. Tier advancement is based on accumulated wagering volume over rolling monthly periods. Each tier carries specific benefits including enhanced cashback rates, priority withdrawal processing, dedicated account management, and exclusive bonus offers. mt996 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits, and programme structure at any time upon reasonable notice to affected members.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sportsbook. All sports betting markets on mt996 — including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, and FIFA World Cup qualifiers), badminton, MotoGP, and e-sports — are governed by the specific sport and market rules displayed on each market page. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and a specific market rule, the specific market rule shall prevail.

7.2 Live casino. All live casino games — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, and Andar Bahar — are operated by certified third-party game studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live) and are subject to those studios' published game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.

7.3 Slots and crash games. All slot titles and crash games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel.

7.4 Voided bets. mt996 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed as a result of an obvious system error, a technical malfunction, or odds published in error. Voided bets are refunded to the Account Balance at the original stake amount.

7.5 Maximum winnings. The maximum single-transaction payout on any game or betting market on mt996 is Rp 500.000.000 unless a lower limit is specified for a particular game or market. mt996 reserves the right to apply additional payout limits to specific games, tournaments, or promotional periods.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mt996 platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the mt996 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to access, wager on, or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public information in connection with sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system malfunctions. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are not payable and will be voided.
• Using the mt996 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account, including the sale, transfer, or pledge of your Account to another individual.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith after wagering the deposited funds.

Intellectual Property

All content on the mt996 platform — including but not limited to the mt996 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of mt996 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mt996 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any mt996 content.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the mt996 platform.
• Use the mt996 brand name or logo in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mt996 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the mt996 platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if mt996 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond mt996's reasonable control (force majeure events), including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, network outages, or cyber-attacks.
• The conduct, content, accuracy, or availability of third-party game studios, payment processors, or other service providers integrated into the mt996 platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, mt996's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mt996 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

mt996 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include: collection of registration and KYC data for identity verification purposes; transaction data for financial record-keeping and fraud prevention; behavioural and device data for platform security and improvement; and communication data for customer support. mt996 does not sell personal data to third-party marketing organisations.

Responsible Gaming

mt996 is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered members and may be activated at any time via account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive on-screen notifications when your gaming session exceeds a duration you define.
• Time-Out / Cool-Off: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. No deposits or wagers may be placed during a time-out period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or long-term exclusion from the mt996 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.

Amendments

mt996 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, mt996 will notify registered members via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the mt996 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure via the contact details in Clause 15.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operators.

mt996 operates under a valid international gaming licence. Users acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary between jurisdictions and that it is their sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before accessing the platform. mt996 does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction from which it may be accessed.

In the event of any dispute between a User and mt996 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure (see Clause 15), the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under internationally accepted arbitration rules as the exclusive means of dispute resolution.
